Pastoral Care Coordinator

The Ad Warrior School is seeking a skilled Pastoral Care Coordinator to join their team. This demanding yet fulfilling role involves providing emotional support and guidance to students, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and external agencies to promote student well-being.
- Collaborate with the Pastoral Support Team to provide targeted support to students.
- Implement strategies to improve student attendance and behavior.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interactions.
Requirements
- Numerate and literate to GCSE or equivalent standard.
- Knowledge of child development and an understanding of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
- High standard of communication, both verbal and written, including appropriate record keeping.
- Able to work with other professionals and facilitate discussion in small group sessions.
