Social Worker for Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team at Charles Hunter Associates, working with individuals in the borough who have learning disabilities.
This role requires a Social Work qualification and a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in the field.
About the RoleOur team's goal is to provide support and liaison with local services to promote independence, preventing physical, mental, or financial abuse.
We strive to enhance the quality of life for service users, as well as supporting their carers and families to ensure a robust support network.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing individualized care plans for complex needs
- Conducting risk assessments and providing support to service users and their carers
- Collaborating with local services to promote independence and prevent abuse
- Hybrid working schedule allowing for flexibility
- Opportunity to work in a specialist environment
- Parking available on site or nearby
- Easily accessible by car or public transport
- Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience in Social Work
Estimated Salary: £50.00 per hour (umbrella payment options available)
