In this role, you will be responsible for laying asphalt, concrete, or other materials on various surfaces, working closely with our experienced team to ensure timely project completion. The successful candidate must possess excellent surface preparation and installation skills.

Average salary: £20-21 per hour

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  1. Laying asphalt, concrete, or other materials on roads, driveways, parking lots, and other surfaces.
  2. Preparing surfaces for paving using appropriate methods and materials.
  3. Measuring and marking areas to be paved, guaranteeing precise alignments and thicknesses.
  4. Mixing and applying materials, maintaining consistent quality and application.
  5. Regularly inspecting work areas to ensure compliance with specifications.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar position or related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operating paving machines and other construction equipment.
  • Familiarity with materials and techniques employed in paving.
  • Sufficient physical stamina to perform tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
