CK Group is seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Support professional to join our team on a contract basis. As a Customer Service Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and enter them into the SAP system after performing thorough validations.
- Communicate with customers regarding quality issues related to products, recalls, or put on hold situations.
- Manage backorders and returns for customers, including entering information into the system, obtaining necessary approvals, and informing customers of decisions.
- Monitor all open orders until completion and address any exceptions that may arise.
- Respond to customer inquiries and contacts through various channels, including phone, email, and fax, and record interactions in a call tracking tool.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with French being a distinct advantage.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, handling emails and calls, is essential.
