Job Title: Non-Executive Board Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Board of Directors at ELM Alliance LTD. As a Non-Executive Board Member, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in NHS management, with at least seven years of experience in a senior position within the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for contributing to the development of our organization's strategy, providing independent oversight and guidance, and ensuring that our Board is held accountable for its decisions and actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate plans and strategy to drive the success of ELM Alliance LTD
  • Contribute independent perspectives and expertise to strategic planning
  • Ensure accountability and transparency in all aspects of our organization's operations
  • Participate in committees and working groups to support the Board's decision-making process
  • Act as an ambassador for ELM Alliance LTD, promoting our organization's values and mission
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of health and social care, including primary care and GP practices
  • Track record of securing improvements for patients or the wider public
  • Commitment to good governance and accountability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and strategically
