About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Alcumus. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring that their IT needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 3rd line technical support to our clients, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our service.
  • Escalate support requests to the relevant teams as necessary, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support.
  • Log support requests into our ticket management system, tracking and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support the development and implementation of technical solutions to meet our clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Contribute to the development of our technical knowledge base, ensuring that our team has access to the latest technical information and best practices.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of our technical support processes and procedures, ensuring that our team is equipped to provide exceptional support to our clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in providing 3rd line technical support, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and principles.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced technical support environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong technical skills, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and principles.
