About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Alcumus. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring that their technology needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on technical topics
  • Participate in the development and implementation of technical solutions to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical support role
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry trends and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients
