Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Social Worker to join our team in Oban, Lorn and Isles. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for assessing and managing cases, including travel to rural areas. You will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to provide high-quality care and support.
