We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead our development project teams in a multi-discipline environment on complex product development projects, using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in project management, with a strong understanding of product development principles (Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing & Test) and methodologies to facilitate best practice for product design and development.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading development project teams to deliver products on time and to budget
  • Developing and implementing project management processes and procedures
  • Engaging with external design and manufacturing solution providers to meet technical and commercial requirements
  • Contributing to the maintenance and improvement of existing processes

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 dependent on experience, flexible working hours, pension, dental care and healthcare, support of staff wellbeing, discounted gym membership, subsidised Hub on site restaurant, large, free car parking on site and electric car charging points, social events and activities.
