**About the Position:**

  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining high service standards.
  • Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks to uphold regulatory excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Home Manager within a nursing or elderly care setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and a track record of achieving or maintaining Good or Outstanding ratings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster meaningful connections with residents and their families.
  • Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving cost-effective practices.
  • A commitment to professional development and staying updated on best practices in care management.
