We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Change Engineer to join our team at Babcock Mission Critical Services España SA. As a Senior Design Change Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers by delivering high-quality design changes for submarine systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver design change tasks within the Mechanical team, responsible for planning and identifying resource required for the timely and successful execution of tasking
  • Work closely with design change sponsor to ensure their goals and requirements are met and support them on decision making for design solutions
  • Attend and contribute to design reviews and platform surveys as required by the tasking
  • Utilise design teams to produce design change guidance, ensuring requirements have been met, design solutions are sound and outputs are high quality
  • Provide support and advice on the resolution of technical issues and the direction of technical tasks

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of working within a design change engineering role within a regulated industry
  • Strong engineering and problem-solving acumen to ensure design requirements are understood
