Receptionist - Chester

We are seeking a friendly and passionate Receptionist to join our team at our hotel in Chester. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in setting the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
  • Offer information about hotel services, facilities, and the local area
  • Answer questions and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment (not essential)
  • Natural hospitality charm and a passion for service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a range of shifts and days, including evenings and weekends
