Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and exceed business objectives
* Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth
* Collaborate with the Head of Retail to implement sales initiatives across retail channels
* Cultivate and manage relationships with key customers
* Provide updates to the Head of Retail and wider Logistics UK team on commercial performance and service feedback
Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B sales and team leadership
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Proficient in numeracy and computer skills
