We are a leading business in our field, seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Leader to join our organization on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a small sales team, ensuring targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met while upholding standards and meeting internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a team leader or management role, either from an office environment or a Retail/Hospitality background, where you have been used to overseeing a small team while working in a hands-on role yourself.

This role will be full-time, office-based, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure high levels of customer service are met and maintained at all times
  • Guide and drive the sales team to meet targets and ensure a high level of performance
  • Ensure SLAs are met
  • Provide updates to senior management on the performance of the team and any improvements that could be made
  • Ensure all team administration tasks are carried out with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Buil and maintain relationships across the business with other departments and third parties

**Key Experience:**

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience managing and leading a small team, whether it be in an office environment, Retail or Hospitality
  • Previous experience in a sales environment is highly desirable
