Join Our Team as a Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Manager to join our team at Glos. As a key player in our business, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, attending industry events, and helping to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via email and phone calls to set up meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Attend industry events to expand your network and meet potential clients.
  • Help ensure operational excellence by monitoring internal processes and working collaboratively with the team to drive results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Confident in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:
