About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Scientific Officer to lead our research and development efforts at Concrete4Change. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge technologies that propel our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement research strategies to advance our carbon utilization technology
  • Lead a team of chemists and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with the executive team to identify opportunities for innovation and align technology with business objectives
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective project execution
Requirements
  • 10+ years of post-PhD experience in leading research teams and managing budgets
  • Expertise in chemistry or concrete chemistry, with a focus on mineral carbonation and CO2 uptake
  • Extensive experience in carbon dioxide utilization and computational modeling
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
