**Job Title:** Chief Scientific Officer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Scientific Officer to lead our research and development efforts in mineral carbonation technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to capture and utilize CO2 in concrete.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of chemists and engineers to design and conduct research addressing fundamental scientific questions in mineral carbonation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve CO2 uptake and mineralization in concrete.
  • Collaborate with top researchers across the world to advance our technology.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure successful project execution.

**Requirements:**

  • 15 years post PhD experience leading research teams in chemistry or concrete chemistry.
  • Experience in computational modeling and PI or co-PI on academic research projects or equivalent industrial experience.
  • Understanding of carbonation mechanisms and critical assessment of CO2 uptake.
