We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Scientific Officer to lead our research team at Concrete4Change. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge technologies to utilize and permanently mineralize CO2 in concrete.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of chemists and engineers to deliver high-quality technology solutions
  • Design and conduct research addressing fundamental scientific questions
  • Develop and implement new technologies for the construction industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth

Requirements

  • 10 years of post-PhD experience leading research teams
  • Ability to design and conduct research addressing fundamental scientific questions
  • ~ 5 years of experience in chemistry or concrete chemistry, with a focus on mineral carbonation
  • PI or co-PI on academic research projects or equivalent industrial experience
