Education Attendance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Attendance Specialist to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. This role is crucial in supporting children, young people, and families to ensure access to education and improve outcomes for those at risk of exclusion or persistent non-attendance.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with schools, parents, and partner agencies to deliver bespoke support plans using a Team Around the Family (TAF) approach. The salary for this role is £28 per hour umbrella rate.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of families requiring targeted interventions to improve school attendance and prevent exclusions.
- Collaborate with schools, families, and multi-agency partners to deliver bespoke support plans using a TAF approach.
- Proactively address issues around persistent non-attendance, leading to enforcement actions where necessary, including legal proceedings.
