We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Stockton-on-Tees.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the current client base, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sales and Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and client relationship management tools.
