Psychological Service Manager

We are looking for a Psychological Service Manager to join our team at Lancashire Care Foundation Trust. As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading the provision of high-quality psychological services to children and young people across Central and West Lancashire.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology, with expertise in at least one model of intervention. They will also have a specific interest in neuro-diversity or emerging personality problems/developmental trauma. The ideal candidate will have evidence of substantial post-qualification experience, including working in outpatient, community, primary care, in-patient and residential care settings.
You will be responsible for setting direction, providing clinical leadership and supervision to psychologists and psychological therapists, and ensuring that systems are in place for effective clinical and professional supervision. Additionally, you will utilise research skills, audit, policy and service development, and co-ordinate such activities by psychological practitioners within your designated area of responsibility.
