Job Description

This quota-carrying role will involve understanding clients' business priorities and drivers to maximize their return on investment from MRI's solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in account management within the software industry, with a proven track record of sales or related achievements in a target-driven environment. Additionally, they will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be confident, and motivated with high energy levels.

Responsibilities
  • Represent MRI professionally and build mutually beneficial relationships with decision-makers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and sales development.
  • Recommend appropriate solutions and negotiate acceptable terms with clients.
  • Achieve or exceed all quarterly and annual fiscal targets and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling an expanding range of MRI FM and related solutions.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients using online meetings, telephone calls, and client user forums.
  • Determine ongoing client requirements to meet their changing business needs.
  • Work closely with other stakeholders within MRI such as Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product Development, and Implementation Services teams.
  • Maintain timely and accurate sales forecasts in MRI CRM systems.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of account management experience within the software industry.
  • Track record of sales or related achievements in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident and motivated with high energy levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed targets and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the Estates and Facilities Management Software market or UK Public Healthcare sector would be an advantage but are not essential.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
