**Teaching Assistant Job Description**
We are recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant to work with pupils who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a Redbridge school. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be part of a dedicated team that supports pupils with complex needs. Your responsibilities will include providing individualized support, implementing educational plans, and collaborating with teachers to ensure pupil progress.
Your Essential Skills and Experience- Relevant qualifications in SEND or Teaching and Learning (desirable)
- Proven experience working with children with special needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
