A world-leading manufacturer of hydraulic components is seeking an experienced sales professional to join their team as a Industrial Sales Manager. This home-based role requires regular customer visits throughout the sales region, with one day spent working from a home office and four days focused on developing and managing customers.

The successful candidate will have external sales experience from an associated sector, such as mechanical engineering components. They will possess a strong strategic thinker with exceptional ability to develop relationships, manage key accounts, and develop new business. A proven track record of business-to-business sales and a dynamic 'can-do' attitude are essential for this role.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Basic salary: £45,000 - £70,000 (dependent on experience)
  • On-target earnings: £80,000+ per annum
  • Home office, company car, pension, laptop, mobile phone, credit card, and bonus

Location: Home-based, covering various locations in the UK, including Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Leicester, Luton, Oxford, Bristol, and Southampton.
