The RoleWe are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Support Worker. In this role, you will provide support to a young gentleman with a tailored care and support plan to meet his individual needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support in all aspects of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication.
- Assist with activities such as trips to the beach and forest, movies, music, and spending time with others and family.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the individual's needs are met.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Previous experience in care or a related field is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in your role.
- A valid driver's license is essential for this position.
