Job Title: Support WorkerWe are seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Scrabster, Thurso. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a gentleman with health and learning difficulties to live independently in his own home.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support in all aspects of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication.
- Work with a tailored care and support plan to meet the individual's unique needs.
- Engage in various activities, such as swimming, walking, attending day centre, and cinema.
- Develop strong relationships with the individual and their family.
- Previous experience in care or support work is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including waking nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license.
- A competitive hourly rate.
