Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Scrabster, Thurso. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a gentleman with health and learning difficulties to live independently in his own home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in all aspects of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication.
  • Work with a tailored care and support plan to meet the individual's unique needs.
  • Engage in various activities, such as swimming, walking, attending day centre, and cinema.
  • Develop strong relationships with the individual and their family.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care or support work is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including waking nights and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license.
