About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Swimming Programme Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Manager, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
- Maintain high-quality teaching standards and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Work closely with colleagues to improve the performance of our teaching programme.
- Promote memberships by highlighting the benefits of our facilities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognized qualification in swimming coaching, such as ASA Level 2 or equivalent.
- Experience of working with swimmers of all ages and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
