Job Overview
A Senior Culinary position at St Oswald's Hospice Ltd seeks a highly skilled Executive Culinary Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess an industry-recognised qualification such as a Level 3 NVQ or AVCE and relevant food hygiene certification.
The selected individual will work a 37.5-hour week over a 7-day rota between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm, providing excellent service while maintaining high standards of food quality and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Main Responsibilities
As a key member of the Catering Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, working closely with other teams to contribute to the overall success of the hospice. The annual salary for this role is £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
