Customer Service Team Lead

Role Overview
Sharpsmart Ltd, an essential service provider to healthcare, is strengthening its Customer Service team. We seek a self-driven and adaptable individual to lead customer interactions, manage service level agreements, and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions through timely and professional calls, emails, and cases
- Monitor and report service level agreement performance
- Adhere to processes, investigating and resolving requests and complaints
- Conduct root cause analysis and gather data for process improvement
- Review reports and documents to respond to customer requests
- Coordinate timely stock requests and data gathering
- Encourage customer feedback and continuously improve the customer experience
- Involvement in bid solutions and customer site visits
Requirements
- Strong initiative, discipline, and focus with a passion for problem-solving and delivering customer satisfaction
- Self-motivated with strong communication and record-keeping skills
- Flexible and adaptable with ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and 2+ years of administrative and customer service experience
- Intermediate to Advanced computing skills and experience in improving processes
- Good communication skills and driving license
