Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Legal team in this high-impact role. As Head of Corporate, you will shape and lead the organisation's strategy and expertise in corporate governance, significant transactions, and capital markets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in corporate governance, with a proven track record in leading complex issues and managing teams. They will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters related to corporate governance and significant transactions, as well as leading the expansion of the Legal team in Corporate, M&A/Transactions and Capital Markets.

A qualified lawyer with top-tier law firm and/or in-house experience in a multinational setting is essential. Significant Corporate, M&A transactional experience, ideally having led an organisation through an IPO, is also required. Strong leadership and management skills, along with a business-focused mindset, are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all legal matters related to corporate governance and significant transactions.
• Lead the expansion of the Legal team in Corporate, M&A/Transactions and Capital Markets.
• Shape and lead the organisation's strategy and expertise in Corporate, M&A/Transactions and Capital Markets.

Salary Range: $200,000 - $300,000 per year
