Risk and Compliance Project Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Risk and Compliance Project Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's financial reporting practices comply with Financial Reporting Council guidance on UK Corporate Governance Codes.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for leading and managing risk and compliance projects from initiation to completion. This includes conducting thorough risk assessments, establishing risk mitigation strategies, and monitoring risk exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement updates to compliance and reporting processes in line with changes to UK Corporate Governance Codes.
  • Design and implement effective compliance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
