Care Coordination Opportunity

At CV-Library, we are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients in their homes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage care schedules for clients and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Respond promptly to changes in care requirements and emergency situations.
  • Assist with caregiver recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Arrange shadow shifts for new starters.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Empathy and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Experience in scheduling or coordinating roles, preferably in healthcare or homecare (not essential).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of homecare systems and regulations is a plus.
