As a Training Coordinator at The Compleat Food Group, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate training records across the factory and ensuring robust governance and compliance is in place to meet business and customer requirements.

Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure training and electronic files, including those on the Learning Management System, are accurately maintained.
  • Actively drive completion of training and work in partnership with Subject Matter Experts and Technical Teams to ensure the correct balance of compliance.
  • Develop good course content and training materials, ensuring document controls and content are reviewed and updated on a regular and accurate basis.
  • Ensure new starters and employees who move roles receive appropriate training within agreed timescales.
  • Ensure refresher training is completed and that Health & Safety responsibilities, site rules, and potential issues affecting Health, Safety & Welfare are known and addressed.
  • Participate fully in all Health, Safety & Environmental training sessions and Safety Briefings/Toolbox Talks.
  • Ensure correct procedures are followed, paperwork is completed correctly, and the quality of product is maintained.
  • Ensure the working area is clean and tidy.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Standards.
  • Good level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
  • Energy drive and determination to succeed.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with external and internal colleagues.
  • Proactive nature, willing to learn quickly and take on new challenges.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team working skills across disciplines and departments.
  • Self-motivated with ability to motivate others.
