Training Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Compleat Food Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team in Crewe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining training records across the factory and ensuring robust governance and compliance is in place to meet business and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date training records are maintained on the Learning Management System.
- Drive completion of training programs and ensure new starters and employees who move roles receive appropriate training within agreed timescales.
- Work in partnership with Subject Matter Experts and Technical Teams to ensure compliance is balanced with operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, ensuring document controls and content are reviewed and updated regularly.
- Ensure refresher training is completed and that employees are aware of their Health and Safety responsibilities.
- Participate in Health, Safety, and Environmental training sessions and Safety Briefings/Toolbox Talks.
- Ensure correct procedures are followed, paperwork is completed correctly, and product quality is maintained.
- Maintain a clean and tidy working area.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Standards.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
- Energy, drive, and determination to succeed.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external colleagues.
- Proactive nature, willing to learn quickly, and take on new challenges.
- Attention to detail and good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team working skills across disciplines and departments.
- Self-motivated with ability to motivate others.
