About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Female Support Worker to join our small service in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering the people we support to live the lives they choose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with everyday tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
  • Assist with personal finance, medication, and wellbeing.
  • Accompany individuals on community trips, outings, and social activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and a can-do approach.
  • Caring and empathetic nature.
  • Passion for enhancing the lives of others.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new communication methods.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to drive our Sense vehicle (desirable).
