About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Female Support Worker to join our small service in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering the people you support to live an independent life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with everyday tasks, such as cooking and cleaning.
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene.
  • Help with finances and medication management.
  • Accompany individuals on community trips and outings.
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in activities.

Requirements
