About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Night Support Worker to join our Supported Living Services team in the Trowbridge area on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as budget management, paying bills, and cooking healthy meals.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Support individuals to access and participate in their local community and social events.
  • Assist with personal care, including prompting medication and assisting with bathing and using the bathroom.
