Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement bespoke care plans for service users, taking into account their individual needs and goals.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to our Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Work closely with our operational team to ensure seamless delivery of care services, including reviewing clinical paperwork and completing MAR Charts.
- Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and care teams, ensuring a person-centred approach to care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC Pin and a minimum of 2 years' experience post-qualification.
- Strong clinical skills, including airway management, ventilation management, and tube feeding.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
