About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Nursing Associate to join our team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and education of nursing associates across the trust.

Key Responsibilities

Working collaboratively with our Lead Clinical Educator and Clinical Facilitators, you will deliver training and education to support the practice and professional development of nursing associates. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our nursing associates are competent and fit for purpose, in accordance with national and local guidelines.

Requirements

  • Registered Nursing Associate (NMC NA registration)
  • Recognised teaching/mentorship course / SSSA trained
  • English language (listening, reading, writing, speaking) proficiency at the level identified by the relevant regulatory body
  • Evidence of professional development
  • Post-registration experience in an acute setting
  • Previous experience in supervising and assessing students
