Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Nursing Associate to join our team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our clinical education team, you will play a vital role in delivering training, education, and support to student nurses and nursing associates.

Main Responsibilities

Collaborate with Lead Clinical Educator and Clinical Facilitators to develop and deliver training programs for student nurses and nursing associates.

Provide one-to-one support and guidance to students, promoting their professional development and ensuring they are competent and fit for purpose.

Work closely with nursing staff to facilitate effective evidence-based nursing care, disseminating best practices through demonstration and role modeling.
