Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Manager to lead our team in Stockport, Greater Manchester. As a Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the service, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational day-to-day activities of the service, ensuring continuous quality improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals, promoting a positive work environment and fostering open communication.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure seamless delivery of services, aligning with organizational goals and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, healthcare) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a health and social care setting, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CQC regulations and standards.
