Senior Maintenance Coordinator

At Daniel Owen Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Coordinator to oversee reactive and cyclical repairs in the London area.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial controls and be able to control the commercial aspects of the supply chain. They will also be responsible for overseeing team members and ensuring that appropriate procedures are in place.
This is a challenging role that requires someone with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of being reliable and punctual, and will hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
The salary for this position is estimated at £42,500 per annum, making it a competitive offer for someone with the right experience and qualifications.
We are looking for someone who has experience working in the social housing/local authority sector and has a good understanding of Schedule of Rates for Building Works. A SMSTS Certificate is required, and a trade qualification is desirable.
