Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Security Concierge to join our team at King Street Townhouse Hotel. As a key member of our security team, you'll ensure a safe and secure environment while delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front-line security duties, including visitor and contractor controls
  • Operation of the front-of-house reception and guest services
  • Presentation, cleanliness, and safety of all premises
  • Interaction with building users, visitors, and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner
  • Reporting of security breaches or damage to relevant authorities
  • Daily completion of site reports and recording of repairs and issues
  • Key usage, key holding, and contractor management
  • Health and Safety compliance, including monthly checks and tests
  • Ad-hoc duties reasonably requested by management

Requirements:

  • SIA License
  • Valid First Aid at Work certificate
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexibility and ability to respond to changing situations
  • Discretion and sensitivity
  • Ability to maintain professional standards under pressure
