We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Hull. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and making a real difference in the lives of patients within our health in justice service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established healthcare provider that is passionate about breaking down health inequalities within the communities they serve. You will be working in a Category B prison, providing health assessments, diagnosis, and referrals to patients. You will also be working collaboratively with a wide range of healthcare professionals to provide the best possible outcomes for patients.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with NMC
  • MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent
  • V300 Non-Medical Prescribing Qualification
  • Experience with substance misuse desired but not essential
  • Previous experience working within a Primary or Emergency Care setting desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Location

This role is based in Hull, with easy access to surrounding areas such as Hornsea, Beverley, Withernsea, Market Weighton, and Hessle.
