Job Description:

Project Administrator: Support Specialist

The Project Administrator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects within David Phillips through assisting managers in efficient project delivery, ensuring quality assurance compliance, and coordinating activities across project teams.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support for project managers, including data analysis and presentation.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, contracts, reports, and databases.
  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Support project managers in organizing project activities, coordinating team members, and monitoring progress.
  • Risk management, participate in risk assessments, and identify potential issues early.
  • Client communication, maintain strong relationships with clients, update them on project progress, and address concerns.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Attend project meetings, track project expenses, and assist in financial reporting.
  • Update project files with the latest information and prepare project reports.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Degree in Project Management or related field (desired).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
