Job Description:
Project Administrator: Support Specialist
The Project Administrator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects within David Phillips through assisting managers in efficient project delivery, ensuring quality assurance compliance, and coordinating activities across project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative support for project managers, including data analysis and presentation.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, contracts, reports, and databases.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Support project managers in organizing project activities, coordinating team members, and monitoring progress.
- Risk management, participate in risk assessments, and identify potential issues early.
- Client communication, maintain strong relationships with clients, update them on project progress, and address concerns.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Attend project meetings, track project expenses, and assist in financial reporting.
- Update project files with the latest information and prepare project reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Project Management or related field (desired).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
