About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Events Office Manager to join our team at Richmond Hill Hotel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that maintain the hotel's leading position in the marketplace.
  • Lead and inspire your team, ensuring efficient handling of bookings and excellent customer service.
  • Promote a strong sales culture within the department.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and introduce new ideas to enhance it.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and agents.
  • Solve problems independently and handle multiple deadlines.
