Store Manager Opportunity at PVH

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the store management team to develop and execute business strategies that drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive store environment and promoting a culture of excellence among team members.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to ensure accurate stock levels and demographic alignment.
  • Analyze store-level reports and develop action plans to improve results.
  • Communicate regularly with staff on sales goals, key performance indicators, and store results.
  • Manage manpower planning, recruitment, and training processes to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Lead weekly management meetings and contribute to regional meetings.
Requirements:
  • Progressive retail experience with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
  • Store management experience in the service or retail industry.
  • Extensive experience in connecting with consumers and driving sales growth.
  • Previous retail operations, budgeting, planning, and sales experience.
  • Previous people management experience with a focus on conflict resolution and team development.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business conditions.
