The Head of Domestic Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every aspect of our domestic operations runs smoothly and efficiently. About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Head of Domestic Operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead a team of housekeeping staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all guest areas


• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's facilities and grounds


• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration


• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs


• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:


• A proven track record of leadership and management experience in a similar role


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines


• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred


What We Offer:


We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
