About the Role:

We are seeking a Commercial Contracts Professional to join our centralised team of contract management experts. As a key member of our procurement team, you will provide commercial and contractual expertise to stakeholders during their interactions with suppliers and supply chain partners.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiation, as well as a strong understanding of procurement/supplier contracts in various sectors, including IT, FM, professional services, and consultancy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate supplier and subcontract agreements on behalf of procurement colleagues.
  • Lead commercial and contractual interactions with subcontractors in regard to bids and work winning activities.
  • Provide functional advice and training to colleagues across with responsibilities for procurement or supplier contracts.
  • Be responsible for supplier and contracts risk, take steps to mitigate and ensure compliance with company governance and procedure.
  • Process improvement work; templates, manuals, playbooks, track changes in law, etc.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £70,000 - £75,000 per annum, a car or allowance of £4,200, and a 10-20% bonus potential. This is a mainly remote role with x1 trip per month to our offices in Basingstoke, London, or Solihull.
