About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Olleco. As a key member of our Food Waste Support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Proactively manage customer accounts, identifying and resolving potential issues in a creative and responsive manner.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the Food Waste team to grow the business and acquire new customers, with opportunities to earn commission.
  • Process Improvement: Work with the team to streamline processes and improve efficiency, ensuring our service remains excellent and customer-centric.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a phone-based environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer and phone systems, with the ability to follow and understand a set process.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a busy office environment.
  • Education: GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent.
